Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement the high-level architecture for the 2026 Core Framework, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of advanced deep learning models, focusing on transformer architectures and reinforcement learning.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for AI development.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and computational costs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade models.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Algorithmic Expertise: Deep understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex systems and optimize performance in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
