Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation neural network architectures specifically for Project 2026.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing protocols into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Oversee the architecture review process for high-dimensional data processing and real-time inference systems.
- Define and enforce best practices for AI safety, alignment, and bias mitigation in future-proofing models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers to translate complex research into production-grade code.
- Mentor high-potential engineering talent in advanced algorithmic development and system design.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks such as Kubernetes and AWS.
- Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, fairness, and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in fast-paced, innovative environments.
