Responsibilities
Architect and implement end-to-end AI solutions for Project 2026, focusing on scalability and efficiency.Lead a high-performance team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.Optimize complex model architectures for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliverables.Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in CI/CD pipelines.Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.7+ years of experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
