Responsibilities
- Architect AI Ecosystems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning architectures for our core product suite, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product evolution, identifying emerging trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce internal guidelines for algorithmic fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all AI deployments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into feasible product roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of models to ensure low-latency inference and high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialization: Extensive knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale data problems in production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
