Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines designed for high-volume enterprise use cases.
- Lead the research and implementation of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) strategies to enhance model alignment and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into complex software ecosystems.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs by 30%+ through advanced quantization techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 technology stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade models (e.g., Llama, GPT architectures).
- Strong understanding of NLP, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
