Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for large-scale deployment.
- Lead the technical strategy for LLM (Large Language Model) integration and optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment pipelines, and real-time inference systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
