Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically tuned for spatial context and gesture recognition.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for edge devices to ensure low-latency performance in mixed-reality environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Hardware, Product) to define the 2026 product roadmap and technical milestones.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment at scale.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging AI paradigms, including Neural Radiance Fields (NeRFs) and embodied AI.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical deployment of autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to Machine Learning and AI research.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX and experience deploying models via REST APIs or gRPC.
- Strong background in C++ for high-performance computing and integrating AI models into native applications.
- Experience with WebGPU and WebGL for browser-based AI rendering.
- Track record of publishing research or delivering complex AI systems in production environments.
