Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer models, reinforcement learning, or NLP.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
