As we accelerate toward our 2026 GenAI Roadmap, we are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the architectural design of next-generation autonomous agents and Large Language Models (LLMs). Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 GenAI Architecture: Define and execute the technical strategy for our flagship AI products, ensuring alignment with the 2026 roadmap milestones.
- Model Optimization: Architect and optimize Transformer models and neural networks for high-throughput, low-latency inference environments.
- System Design: Design end-to-end MLOps pipelines, integrating data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment workflows.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are fair, unbiased, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-level AI models.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong understanding of Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA).
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Roadmap Alignment: Demonstrated ability to work in agile environments and manage technical roadmaps with a focus on long-term milestones.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize computational resources.
