- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items to ensure project momentum.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies, manage filing systems, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure a productive workspace.
- Data Management: Assist in tracking project milestones and maintain accurate records using database software.
- Event Planning: Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and client gatherings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative experience in a corporate or professional environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and staff at all levels.
- Organization: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
