What You Will Do:
In this role, you will be the architect of motion, translating static concepts into dynamic visual experiences. You will collaborate closely with our creative directors to ensure every frame serves a purpose and resonates with our target demographic.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and web experiences.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to translate creative briefs into compelling motion sequences.
- Manage the entire animation pipeline, from initial storyboarding and concept development to final rendering and export.
- Optimize assets for various platforms, ensuring fast load times without compromising visual quality.
- Conduct quality assurance on animations to ensure pixel-perfect execution and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, software advancements, and animation techniques.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or related fields.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced timing, spacing, and storytelling skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
