Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Systems: Design and implement scalable, resilient AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation workloads and predictive analytics.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for the '2026 Initiative', ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals and emerging technological trends.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of large language models (LLMs) for real-time inference in edge environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with research scientists and product engineers to translate theoretical models into practical, high-performance applications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and data governance frameworks to protect sensitive AI assets.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and optimize system performance under high load.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
