Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including visitor greeting, call routing, and mail distribution
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client and employee databases with 99.5% precision
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management for 20+ executives
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and confidential documents
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and HR data verification
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary CRM systems
- Support administrative projects requiring meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proven data entry expertise with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and multitasking abilities
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (multi-line phones, scanners, copiers)
