Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a professional and warm demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring it remains organized and professional at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes efficiently.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and administrative support tasks.
- Maintain and update the company contact database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
