Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests warmly, directing them to the appropriate person or department while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Phone Coverage: Answer multi-line phones with exceptional courtesy, screen calls, and take accurate messages or route inquiries efficiently.
- Mail and Communication: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle internal and external correspondence professionally.
- Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate room bookings for internal teams.
- Office Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supply inventories to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Customer Service: Address visitor inquiries and resolve minor issues to ensure a seamless experience for all who enter the building.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk administrative role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
