Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to their destination.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Manage the front desk area, including organizing the reception space and maintaining supplies.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with mail distribution and manage incoming and outgoing packages.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
