- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with a professional tone.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and schedule appointments for the executive team.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior receptionist experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
