Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone communications
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document confidentiality
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Support HR functions including onboarding and records management
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Prepare professional documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (2+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proven experience with scheduling and calendar management
