Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate room bookings.
- Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Provide support to office staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certification or coursework in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly attitude.
