Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients to our Cleveland office with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate, detailed messages.
- Handle front desk operations including mail sorting, package delivery coordination, and maintaining a pristine reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying documents.
- Process invoices and handle basic cash handling or expense reporting as needed.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges securely.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front-office role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, urgent work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
