Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate departments or taking accurate messages.
- Mail & Communications: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to the correct staff members.
- Calendar Management: Maintain the office calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders to clients.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area, lobby, and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Vendor Relations: Handle deliveries and interact with service vendors in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent work experience is considered.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Attitude: A positive, outgoing personality and a strong desire to learn.
