Key Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them appropriately and managing the reception area to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally, screen and route them to the correct department or individual, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute packages, and manage office supplies inventory.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating conference room bookings.
- Data Entry: Perform basic data entry tasks, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as requested by management.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries via email or in-person with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Event Coordination: Support company events and meetings by preparing materials and assisting with logistics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a general office support role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in administrative services is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
