Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet visitors, screen appointments, and coordinate security protocols
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Maintain digital calendars and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Support HR functions: onboarding paperwork, benefits enrollment assistance
- Collaborate with teams on event planning and office maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist or front desk experience in corporate settings
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
