Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors, screen appointments, and maintain visitor logs

- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with basic clerical tasks including data entry and document filing
- Support HR and administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
