- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage the front desk, including managing the lobby area and waiting room.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Perform basic data entry tasks and maintain accurate office records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Handle customer inquiries via email or phone with a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a professional appearance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, Microsoft Office).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- No prior receptionist experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
