Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Oversee the reception area during night hours, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and employees.
- Communication: Answer and screen incoming phone calls professionally, redirecting urgent messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Access Control: Monitor building entry points, verify visitor credentials, and manage keycard access logs.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of incoming packages, deliveries, and shift reports using our management software.
- Security Duties: Conduct routine checks of the facility to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with light clerical tasks, including filing, copying, and data management.
- Client Relations: Provide friendly and efficient service to any late-night clients or vendors arriving at the facility.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
