Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring no inquiry is left unanswered.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for senior management staff.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
