- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the executive team.

- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience as a receptionist is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative support roles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
