- Manage Communications: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, and mail with accuracy and efficiency.
- Schedule Appointments: Maintain and update the company calendar, coordinate meetings, and remind attendees of upcoming events.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying as needed.
- Customer Service: Assist customers or visitors with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, scanners).
