Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and clients warmly, providing a professional and positive first impression of our company.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Support administrative staff with scheduling appointments, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Answer general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior professional receptionist experience needed; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance.
