Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Greet and direct guests, vendors, and clients with a warm and courteous demeanor.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and administrative support tasks.
- Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
