Responsibilities

- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently while taking accurate messages.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting room coordination.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Visitor Management: Issue visitor badges and ensure a safe and organized reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a front-office administrative role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional business certification is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including occasional weekends or holidays if needed.
