Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, clients, and vendors, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with poise; take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the appropriate staff members.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including maintaining cleanliness, organizing the reception space, and managing the reception logbook.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with calendar management, meeting room bookings, and coordination of deliveries or service providers.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents as needed.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from employees and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Previous Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Professional Demeanor: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional, and able to work with minimal supervision.
