Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests with a professional and welcoming demeanor, managing the front desk operations efficiently.
- Phone Systems: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a polite and professional manner; take accurate messages.
- Mail and Courier: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle outgoing courier services.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and meetings; coordinate room bookings for internal teams.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Visitor Management: Issue visitor badges and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Customer Service: Answer general inquiries from the public or internal staff regarding company services.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional front desk or receptionist experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
