Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and route calls to appropriate personnel
- Greets visitors with exceptional customer service and maintains professional lobby appearance
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage executive calendars
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages; manage office inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate office services and ensure smooth daily operations
- Support HR and accounting departments with clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
