Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greeting guests warmly and directing them to the appropriate departments with professionalism.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, ensuring no caller is left on hold for extended periods.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including managing couriers and package deliveries.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical office records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing executive calendars.
- Manage office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
