Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, answer and direct phone calls, and manage the reception area to ensure it is always tidy and professional.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients and employees, providing exceptional customer service with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage filing systems, and assist with data entry and basic office errands.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with delivery services and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Security Access: Monitor access logs and ensure only authorized personnel enter the building.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous receptionist or front desk experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary for this role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone.
