Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it remains organized and welcoming at all times.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel or waiting areas.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the management team.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
