Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and answering inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers efficiently.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator is highly desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office setting.
