Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars for executive staff
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with tracking systems
- Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor communications
- Support event planning and meeting logistics for 50+ person events
- Maintain confidential client and employee information with discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and phone etiquette
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Acuity) preferred
