Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain organized patient records and confidential files
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Process insurance verification and collect co-payments
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience
