Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails efficiently to ensure seamless communication.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the executive team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and general administrative support tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and internal employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.
