Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional first impression for our company.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phones, screen calls, and transfer to appropriate departments or take detailed messages.
- Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar, coordinate meetings, and send reminders to clients and staff.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, process faxes, and manage office inventory and supply orders.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and filing systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- General Support: Perform various clerical duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a front-office administrative role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attitude: A positive, customer-service-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours with punctuality and consistency.
