Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the main reception area, greet guests warmly, and answer multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage meeting rooms, and coordinate internal communications.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage office supplies, and perform data entry tasks.
- Customer Relations: Provide exceptional service to clients visiting the Columbus office and address inquiries promptly.
- Calendar Management: Assist with managing executive calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available for a full-time schedule with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
