Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Communication Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen inquiries, and route them to the appropriate department or personnel promptly.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and maintain office supply inventory.

Qualifications
