Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Assist with general office administration, including filing, data entry, and expense reporting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area and lobby.
- Support the HR department with onboarding paperwork and new hire orientations.
- Process invoices and assist with payroll preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.
