- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and security protocols as needed.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping or expense reporting when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
