Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Communication Management: Answer incoming phone calls professionally, screen and route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage faxes, and perform general clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms and equipment.
- Office Management: Monitor office supply inventory, place orders when necessary, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Customer Relations: Assist visitors with inquiries and resolve basic issues to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate for entry-level positions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
