Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them appropriately and answering multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, sort and distribute packages, and manage the company email inbox.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for management staff.
- Office Operations: Maintain the reception area in pristine condition, restock supplies, and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Data Entry: Perform basic data entry tasks, file documents, and assist with filing systems both physical and digital.
- Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers and answer inquiries regarding company services and hours of operation.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred but not required (Entry Level).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Professionalism: Must present a professional appearance and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including some evenings if required.
