Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, directing them appropriately.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen inquiries, and route calls to the correct department or personnel.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information, invoices, and records into our CRM and database systems.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the organization of the reception area, manage the appointment calendar, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Record Keeping: File documents, organize physical and digital records, and ensure all data is compliant with company policies.
- Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and provide necessary information regarding our services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred, with a focus on data entry.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to maintain accuracy in data processing and record-keeping.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Reliability: Ability to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-25 hours per week) and maintain a consistent schedule.
